$PI 0.19 should be a temporary high. After rebounding from 0.152, it is already close to the 61.8% level. This coin is so weak that even if it rises, it's hard to believe it won't test the lows again before moving up. Therefore, even if it doesn't make a new low, another dip near 0.15 shouldn't be surprising.
