If a project $PI has been around for 7 years and is still solving fundamental infrastructure issues like "identity verification (KYC)" and "mainnet mapping," in the fast-paced technological iteration of the blockchain space, this can indeed be seen as **"technological stagnation" or "delaying tactics."**

They're only at this level, the king of trash talk, bragging loudly.

It's no longer a matter of whether it will iterate or not. For such a large project, failing to even handle basic tasks proves that the project can now be declared a complete failure. Although it's still holding on for now, collapse is only a matter of time. Moreover, they never really had any plans; it's just that Chinese people are blindly fantasizing and hyping it up.
