After many years of studying and dealing with financial markets, my perspective has changed significantly. Here are the most important points I have learned:

- Financial markets are not a means for quick wealth and are not a treasure cave.
- Markets are like the sea, and the trader is like someone swimming in the middle of an endless ocean. If the trader is not fully knowledgeable about swimming and directions to determine their course, their fate will be drowning. Financial markets are like the sea; they do not forgive those who do not know their rules.
- No matter how much you learn and know, you cannot grasp all the rules of this sea. All you can achieve is how to avoid the waves when the current reverses.
- Do not rejoice if the current is with you one day, and do not be sad if it is against you. Just do not resist and be quick; do not swim against the current.
- Never think that you have become a captain just because you completed one or two successful trips. Losing a single trip can wipe out all your previous gains and your capital as well.
- Do not blame the sea for its waves; learn how to avoid them.
- Learn how to swim with the current and how to avoid the waves' hits. Do not believe everything you hear, and do not think that someone will guide you on the right path. We are all sailors of the sea, striving to stay alive and make our journey in the sea happy.
- Not all times are suitable for sailing.
