That day

I met someone
He said he believes in metaphysics
And also in Buddhism
To cope with anxiety, internal struggles, and worries
He told me
"Diamond Sutra," "Heart Sutra," "Avatamsaka Sutra,"
And "Tao Te Ching"
Zhuangzi and Wang Ming’s teachings on cause and effect, reincarnation, and enlightenment
Breaking free from ignorance
He loves experiencing nature
Enjoys mountains, rivers, and streams
Loves the vast, boundless sea
Enjoys watching flowers bloom
Loves sunshine
Loves freedom
And also enjoys quietly being alone
He said we should love life
Stay aware
Live in the present
Feel every bite of food
Feel the heartbeat before sleep
He said the reason people suffer
Is not because of things themselves
But because of their perceptions of things
He talks about love, saying to love real people
Not imaginary ones
Abstract people
Love someone who is genuinely good
Not just someone who treats you well
Because on this long journey
Passion and novelty fade
But inner manners and responsibility do not
He said he wants to walk into the mountains and forests
Escape the crowds and disappear
But he said
In the age of decline of Dharma
The mortal world is also a temple
Family is a dojo
Worldly fire and dust are the best practice
Actually, that day
I didn’t meet anyone
"He" has always been myself
I am inherently complete
No need to seek externally
All things are created by the mind
