I secretly took a quick look at the service area and found that all the cars couldn't get in or out. The navigation's logic that it wouldn't be congested if it went that way probably assumes that the service area🟰 parking lot, no matter how many cars are parked, isn't considered traffic jam. So it gave everyone what they call a non-congested route plan. People controlled by navigation are really scary😱
