Gelonghui February 23 — PACIFIC LEGEND (08547.HK) announced that the group expects a change in its performance, with the profit attributable to owners of the company for the six months ending December 31, 2024, approximately HK$8.3 million, turning to a loss of about HK$25.3 million for the six months ending December 31, 2025.
The group’s performance for the six months ending December 31, 2025, compared to the same period in 2024, has declined mainly due to (i) losing a major client (a well-known Hong Kong property developer), resulting in a significant drop in revenue; and (ii) delays in the commencement of a major project in the United Arab Emirates, leading to a decrease in recognized revenue for the six months ending December 31, 2025.
