On the news front, on February 13, Hang Seng Indexes announced the results of the quarterly review of the Hang Seng Index series as of December 31, 2025, in which Dipu Technology was included in the Hang Seng Composite Index. The adjustment will be implemented after the market close on March 6, 2026 (Friday) and will take effect from March 9, 2026 (Monday). At that time, the Shanghai and Shenzhen stock exchanges will adjust the scope of eligible stocks for the Stock Connect accordingly. According to CICC research reports, Dipu Technology may be included in the Stock Connect, as it meets a series of criteria including market capitalization, liquidity, and listing duration.

It is worth noting that Dipu Technology previously announced that the company has entered into a strategic cooperation agreement with Mu Xi Shares, aiming to leverage each other’s advantages and resources to deepen strategic cooperation in the field of enterprise-level large model AI applications. According to the strategic cooperation agreement, both parties will focus on key industries such as manufacturing, commercial circulation, transportation, and healthcare to meet digital intelligence needs, establish joint technical R&D teams, and develop a full-stack domestically produced AI end-to-end solution from underlying hardware computing platforms to AI enterprise operating systems and Agentic AI applications.
