Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge Zhuhai Highway Port sets new record for daily inbound and outbound passenger vehicles

On February 22, the Gongbei Customs inspected and released 26,900 outbound and 18,700 inbound passenger vehicles through the Zhuhai Port of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge, both setting new records. During the first eight days of the holiday (February 15–22), the total number of passenger vehicles inspected and released through the Zhuhai Port of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge reached 175,000, an 11.2% increase year-on-year. Among them, the “northbound” Hong Kong and Macao single-plate vehicles totaled 135,000, a 16.3% increase year-on-year. On February 21, the number of “Hong Kong vehicles northbound” inspected and released reached 15,400, setting a single-day record. (CCTV News)
