Gelonghui, February 23 — Joyful Holdings (00653.HK) announced that the board is pleased to announce that all conditions contained in the subscription agreements have been satisfied, and the subscription matters were completed on February 23, 2026. Pursuant to the terms and conditions of the subscription agreements, a total of 108,571,428 subscription shares have been allotted and issued to subscribers at a subscription price of HKD 0.105 per share under the general mandate.
