Recently, the 2026 Spring Breeze Action and Employment Assistance Season Taiyuan Special Recruitment Event was held at the Taiyuan Human Resources Service Industry Park in Shanxi Province. The Department of Human Resources and Social Security, the All-China Federation of Trade Unions, the Disabled Persons’ Federation, and six other departments jointly organized the event, utilizing both online and offline channels to deliver 4,100 job positions directly to job seekers.

The event featured four major recruitment zones: key industry chain enterprises, new business format industry enterprises, small and micro enterprises, and human resources service agencies. A total of 156 companies from within and outside the province participated in recruitment, offering positions in various fields including technological research and development, production skills, and business sales. Over 1,300 job seekers attended the event, with more than 400 individuals initially reaching employment intentions. On-site facilities included policy consultation desks, expert consultation areas, and AI simulated interview zones, providing one-stop services such as employment and entrepreneurship support, skills training, and labor export policy explanations.

In addition to on-site negotiations, many job seekers chose to participate via live streaming. Representatives from 13 key companies took turns introducing their company advantages and job details, while human resources policy specialists explained employment and entrepreneurship support, skills training, and other beneficial policies.
