Three Sheep and "Silent Brother"’s e-commerce company sold for $975 million to a U.S. publicly traded company

Whale News, February 5 — (Reporter Zhao Meng, Tang Shiyun) A recent announcement from a publicly listed company has brought the collaboration between the well-known domestic MCN organization “Three Sheep” and TikTok viral influencer Khaby Lame (hereafter referred to as “Silent Brother”) to the forefront.

In January 2026, US-listed company Rich Sparkle announced the completion of its acquisition of Step Distinctive. The target company operates e-commerce live streaming sales, with Silent Brother directly or indirectly holding 49% of the shares, and Anhui Little Black Sheep Network Technology Co., Ltd. holding 13%. Tianyancha information shows that the controlling shareholder of Anhui Little Black Sheep is Hefei Leading Sheep Cultural Media Co., Ltd., whose ultimate beneficiaries are Zhang Qingyang and Zhang Kaiyang.

The announcement disclosed that the transaction was valued at approximately $975 million (about 6.77 billion RMB). After the deal, the company will continue to be led by Silent Brother. Public information indicates that Silent Brother gained popularity by posting silent reaction videos, with over 160 million followers on TikTok, making him the platform’s most-followed creator.

According to a document provided by Rich Sparkle to the media, following this acquisition, Anhui Little Black Sheep (a related company of Three Sheep) will officially become its strategic shareholder and core operational partner.

Under the agreement, over the next 36 months, Anhui Little Black Sheep will hold exclusive global full-chain operational rights for Silent Brother, including live streaming and short video e-commerce planning, TikTok shop management, cross-border supply chain coordination, after-sales service, and AI digital human business development.

The company will prioritize markets in the United States, the Middle East, and Southeast Asia, promoting the deep integration of “Made in China x Global Traffic.” The aforementioned document also mentioned that in the future, Rich Sparkle will coordinate international and luxury brand advertising collaborations and plans to develop high-margin co-branded IP product lines (such as beauty, fragrances, and apparel).

Rich Sparkle stated that Silent Brother has a total online follower count of 360 million, and Three Sheep nearly 400 million. The company aims to build a super traffic matrix covering nearly 800 million fans worldwide. “With Silent Brother’s global influence, Three Sheep’s refined operational capabilities, and the capital operation advantages of a listed company, we will create a sustainable, high-growth global content e-commerce ecosystem.”

The company expects to achieve annual sales exceeding $4 billion (approximately 27.76 billion RMB).
