Yushu Technology's Patent Infringement Lawsuit Second Instance Verdict

Qichacha data shows that recently, Luweimei sued Yushu Technology for infringing on invention patent rights. The second-instance verdict was announced, and the Supreme People’s Court rejected all of Luweimei’s claims, upholding the first-instance judgment that Yushu Technology’s accused product does not fall within the scope of the patent involved, and therefore does not constitute infringement.
