The China-Morocco Business Forum and Chain Expo Promotion Conference was successfully held in Casablanca, Morocco, on the 5th, attracting over 100 representatives from Chinese and Moroccan business communities to discuss new opportunities for economic and trade cooperation between the two countries.

Chairman of the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT) Ren Hongbin led a delegation of Chinese entrepreneurs to attend the meeting and delivered a speech. He stated that this year marks the 10th anniversary of the establishment of the strategic partnership between China and Morocco. Under the strategic guidance of the heads of state, mutual trust between the two countries has been continuously strengthened, and practical cooperation has achieved remarkable results. CCPIT has long been committed to promoting exchanges and cooperation between Chinese and Moroccan business communities. It is willing to work with Morocco to encourage enterprises on both sides to solidify cooperation in traditional fields, cultivate new growth points in emerging areas such as new energy, digital economy, and green development, and help elevate China-Morocco economic and trade relations to a new level.

Morocco’s business community is encouraged to actively participate in the 4th Chain Expo.

Shakiq Al-Ajji, President of the Moroccan Enterprise Confederation, and Maheddi Rarich, Chairman of the China-Morocco Business Council, delivered speeches on-site. Representatives from the Moroccan business community fully recognized the opportunities in the Chinese market and look forward to deepening bilateral supply chain collaboration with China to build an efficient and resilient supply chain cooperation network.

During the conference, CCPIT and the Moroccan Enterprise Confederation signed a strategic cooperation agreement on-site. Zhongzhan Group also promoted the 4th Chain Expo and signed a strategic cooperation agreement with the China-Morocco Business Council. (Xinhua News Agency)
