On February 23, Qianwen released data showing that during the Spring Festival, users placed nearly 200 million “one-sentence orders” on Qianwen, covering scenarios such as dining and milk tea purchases, booking flights and hotels, buying movie tickets, and attraction tickets.
In addition to Taobao Flash Sale, before and after the Spring Festival, Qianwen gradually integrated products from Alibaba’s ecosystem such as Fliggy, Amap, and Damai, allowing users to place “one-sentence orders” for a variety of needs like eating, drinking, entertainment, and leisure. Compared to traditional click-based ordering, “Qianwen Help Me” allows for simpler one-sentence orders, requiring only 2 to 3 rounds of dialogue to complete, greatly improving convenience. During the Spring Festival, over 4 million users aged 60 and above used Qianwen to help place orders.
Beyond ordering, people are also exploring more ways to use “Qianwen Help Me”: during the Spring Festival, 270,000 users asked Qianwen to “help me write a New Year greeting for my family,” 230,000 asked for “a WeChat Moments post about the New Year’s Eve dinner,” and there are various activities like writing Spring Festival couplets, dancing, preparing New Year’s Eve dinner, and generating Spring Festival photos.
Product innovation has further boosted the activity of the Qianwen app. According to QuestMobile data, on February 7, the daily active users (DAU) of Qianwen reached 73.52 million.
