Abstract generation in progress

Exxon Mobil Corporation’s (NYSE:XOM) Uaru and Whiptail projects in Guyana are moving ahead of schedule and under budget, with Uaru expected to begin oil production this year and Whiptail in 2027. These projects, Exxon’s fifth and sixth in Guyana, will each produce 250,000 barrels per day, significantly increasing Guyana’s overall output to 1.4 million bpd upon completion. Exxon also anticipates that advantaged assets like these, along with the Permian and LNG, will comprise about 65% of its total production mix by 2030.
