Morgan Stanley and Foundry sell Spring Arbor Senior Living portfolio for $296m

Morgan Stanley Investment Management and Foundry Commercial have sold 11 Spring Arbor Senior Living properties in Maryland and Virginia for $296 million to an S&P 500 company specializing in senior housing. This transaction completes their exit from a 25-community portfolio acquired between 2022 and 2023. The sold portfolio includes 795 assisted living and memory care units, which maintained over 90% occupancy.
