Union Pacific’s Big Boy No. 4014, the world’s largest operating steam locomotive, will embark on a western tour to celebrate America’s 250th birthday. The tour includes 27 whistle-stops and four public display days across Wyoming, Utah, Nevada, and California, with two-day stops in Roseville, California, and Ogden, Utah. Proceeds from an auction for two cab rides will benefit the Union Pacific Museum.
