Southeast Asia's biggest trait is having no shortage of big brothers. This is the biggest impression I have from making it in Southeast Asia.
Every circle has at least one formidable big brother. Big brothers are not just generous with their resources but also have extensive connections and influence.
The big brothers in Southeast Asia are different from those in China. Domestic big brothers tend to be low-key, reserved, and their social status is hard to reach. Many things they can't do, won't do, or want to do but lack the power. It's understandable—different environment. In China, the social hierarchy of farmers, artisans, merchants, and officials hasn't been that high for hundreds of years!
Most importantly, given the current economic situation, almost all "big brothers" in China are fake—95% are fake. Genuine big brothers are hard to come by, so don’t bother arguing.
The big brothers in Southeast Asia are different. Let me share what I’ve personally witnessed: they are extremely generous, spending tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands of dollars a day. Renting a private room can cost around $20,000 a day. Clothes are shipped by air, changed every two days. Buying clothes costs hundreds of thousands each time. Contract positions often involve several million dollars with stop-loss and liquidation. I wish he would just re-register a new account🔗 and link it to me, so I could get a small commission.
Most of Southeast Asia operates under "economic laws" and "jungle laws." Money makes things easier. The resources of big brothers are basically "unlimited." I’ve seen many unbelievable things and dealt with incredible people who handle things quite well.
Today flying to Dubai, tomorrow to some island, the day after to deal with a certain government…
…Just the tip of the iceberg.
But there’s another feeling: behind every big brother, there’s another big brother...
