Lately, the sideways market has been really frustrating. Instead of worrying about the secondary market with large funds, it's better to focus on on-chain strategies that offer more certainty. Today, I want to share the strategy I'm currently running on @0xMantleCN, which is all about maximizing capital efficiency.

Many people don't realize how much the Yield ecosystem on Mantle has evolved. It's no longer just simple staking; now there are multiple nested strategies.

Let's start with the more conservative approach. The Mantle Vault on Bybit now integrates CIAN's structured strategies, directly incorporating USDe and sUSDe. This delta-neutral strategy protects the principal very well and can yield an annualized return of 7-12%. For those who prefer to earn interest passively, this offers excellent value.

If you like to actively trade and aim for higher returns, you should leverage AAVE and KelpDAO effectively. After AAVE launched on Mantle, it now supports mETH looping borrow and lend. You can take rsETH from Kelp and use it as collateral on AAVE, enabling E-Mode to maximize capital efficiency.

Here's my current operational cycle: first, use cross-chain USDT0 or USDe as the base asset, earning stable yields through CIAN. Then, use rsETH from Kelp to loop borrow mETH on AAVE. The borrowed funds are directly transferred via Super Portal to Byreal on Solana to form an MNT-USDC LP. Running this entire process maximizes capital utilization and captures the benefits of both chains.

With Mantle's current liquidity and infrastructure, we are well-equipped to execute these advanced strategies. Don't let your funds sit idle—taking action is the key.
