🇸🇪 HACKERS CLAIM LEAK OF SWEDEN’S E-GOVERNMENT PLATFORM CODE

Threat actor ByteToBreach says it extracted source code and credentials tied to Sweden’s digital public-sector services from CGI Sverige’s infrastructure.
Leaked data allegedly includes passwords, keystore credentials, internal configs and staff databases tied to systems used for services like e-ID and citizen portals.
CGI reportedly says the breach affected two internal test servers, not production systems.
A reminder how much critical infrastructure runs on centralized servers.
Could blockchain-based decentralization offer a better model?
