There are many empathetic people in this world who don't make much money. Especially those in sales, medicine, and similar fields. For instance, I know many people selling courses who refuse to "deceive" children from disadvantaged families. Their performance is almost never very good. Many people live unremarkable lives their entire existence simply because they hold onto their integrity. It's actually the same in our industry.
