AI Robot Company RoboForce Completes $52 Million Financing Round with YZi Labs Leading
RoboForce, a Silicon Valley-based industrial robotics company, announced the completion of a $52 million oversubscribed financing round, bringing its total funding to $67 million. This round was led by YZi Labs, with participation from Jerry Yang, co-founder and former CEO of Yahoo.
Additionally, existing investors including Myron Scholes, Nobel Prize winner in Economics, Gary Rieschel, founding partner of Qiming Venture Partners, and Carnegie Mellon University, continue to participate. The new capital will be used to accelerate the development of the company's next-generation robot foundation models, drive the scaling of general-purpose Physical AI robots, and advance manufacturing capabilities in preparation for commercial deployment.
