# Spend Three Hours Getting Yourself Organized
Whether you're currently confused, anxious, or living in chaos, I recommend you spend 3 hours to get yourself organized and clear.
## Step One
Find a quiet corner where you won't be disturbed for 3 hours, such as: a bookstore, café, your room, or study. Turn off your phone, block outside messages, take 3 deep breaths, and let your mind settle into thoughtful reflection.
## Step Two
Take out a blank piece of paper or open a blank document on your computer. Write down the goals you set at the beginning of the year and review whether you've completed them.
Next, assess your current situation:
Ask yourself 7 questions (Life's Seven Questions)
1) Are you satisfied with your current state?
2) Why am I satisfied with my current situation?
3) Why am I dissatisfied with my current situation?
4) How can I change my current state?
5) Have I started accumulating social capital and networking resources?
6) Am I living a balanced life?
7) Do I dare to face myself honestly and speak the truth to myself?
Life's Seven Questions are an assessment of your current situation, helping us deeply analyze ourselves. This is the fundamental reason for changing ourselves!
By evaluating these questions, inventory your strengths and weaknesses, enabling us to courageously face our true selves and reality.
## Step Three: Organize Your Action Plan
Based on your 5-year goals and current situation, break down your targets into yearly goals, monthly goals, and daily goals. Create a schedule for which tasks to do at which times each day.
With this action plan, start each new day and conduct periodic reviews and reflections to verify your goals.
## Step Four
Clarify your 5-year goals through Life's Eleven Questions
1) What type of work do you want to do—freelance or continuing past patterns?
2) What is your expected annual income?
3) What kind of house do you want to live in, and who do you want as neighbors?
4) What kind of car do you want to drive, and how do you want to use your commute time?
5) What brand of clothing do you want to wear?
6) How do you want others to perceive you and address you?
7) How do you want to help others?
8) Do you want to become a knowledgeable person? (Note: this doesn't refer to your education level)
9) What places do you want to visit and travel to?
10) How can you achieve happiness and fulfillment?
11) Will you become someone who balances work, learning, and life?
Life's Eleven Questions represent who you want to become in 5 years. You must view yourself with a developmental perspective and dare to dream. Ambitious goals will drive our actions and give us the motivation to strive!
