The seminar particularly analyzed how transnational criminal networks are shifting from traditional financial channels to digital ecosystems. Additionally, Bolivian police discovered in recent operations against drug trafficker Sebastián Marset that high-level criminals are gradually abandoning cash storage in favor of using crypto assets.
