whoop electronic handcuff uncle has been wearing it for over a month


Overall experience is quite good, just sharing a few details out of boredom:
1️⃣ Wearing it to sleep is much more comfortable than an Apple Watch, a small piece with no sense of wearing. It's also convenient as an alarm; a quick two taps when it vibrates in the morning turns it off.
2️⃣ Real-time stress detection is also quite accurate; when my stress suddenly spikes, it closely coincides with my meeting reports.
3️⃣ I think the biggest change in lifestyle habits is the healthspan age tracking. whoop calculates your biological age based on sleep, exercise, stress, and other indicators.
My body age has dropped from +2.6 years to +0.7 years.
Can maintaining exercise and good sleep help me return to 20 years old?
Maybe erectile dysfunction can be cured too?
