I've recently become more certain:

The true determinant of the outcome
is not how many AI tools you have,
but whether you have a personal AI system that can understand human language.
Because once there are too many content system entry points,
the energy you spend each day
is not about amplifying effective actions,
but about repeatedly deciding what to do next.
One key thing I've done this round
is to redefine the division of labor between two repositories:
one responsible only for goals and entry points,
the other only for execution and review.
With clear division of labor,
there are fewer entry points,
the decision-making cost decreases,
and the entire content process can truly start to accelerate.
