Bitcoin Evening Outlook
Many people are wondering why this retracement stopped at 64,930 and then rebounded without continuing to decline further.
The core reason is simple: around 65,000, there is a large concentration of long liquidity. The main players have swept the stop-loss orders below and absorbed the chips, so they naturally won't push the price down further.
After a false break and stabilization, the market rebounds accordingly, successively breaking through the 66,732 resistance and the upper trendline of the triangle, forming a complete rebound structure.
The strong resistance above is around 68,113.
The future movement depends on two key points:
• If the price retraces and breaks below the triangle structure, it will test 66,732 again. If it cannot hold, then 65,512 and 64,930 will face further tests.
• As long as 65,512 is not effectively broken downward, the price is likely to fluctuate within the 68,113–65,512 range, accumulating strength for another upward move.
To continue strengthening, a volume breakout above 68,113 is necessary, with the next target at the previous high of 69,556.
For those holding bottom long positions, focus on whether the isolated high above can be broken again: if the breakout fails, it’s advisable to manage positions carefully and take profits.
Trading suggestions:
• Volume breakout above 67,682 → Aggressive long chasing on the right side
• Volume breakdown below 67,236 with no rebound → Short on the right side following the trend
• 1H stabilizes above 67,682 → Target 68,150–68,920
• 4H breaks below 67,172 → Target 66,331–65,550
Currently, the 4-hour chart has stabilized above the Fibonacci 78.6% support. As long as the retracement does not break below this level, the downward structure will be difficult to sustain.
For those leaning towards short positions at higher levels, pay attention to the lower boundary of the bullish trendline near 69,093, which is suitable for light left-side short entries.
Once the 4-hour chart effectively stabilizes above 69,093, strictly stop-loss and exit shorts; do not hold through the move.
