$LINK LINK is currently around 8.700 USDT. Over the past 24 hours, the fluctuation is approximately -3.76%.
I'm not focusing on the ups and downs right now, but whether this level is worth engaging.
In the short term, I still lean towards bearish.
At this level, I will first look at these points:
First, the active buying volume isn't strong enough; an upward breakout still lacks momentum.
Second, the order book shows signs of stagnation; chasing further is not worth it.
Additionally, divergence at high levels is starting to widen, making a short-term shakeout more likely.
I usually handle positions at these levels with this rhythm: top sweep for a waterfall short / rebound to lure in longs then second waterfall short / break support to chase short.
A more comfortable entry point: 8.770 USDT
Estimated target price: 8.248 USDT
Support reference: 8.978 USDT
Premise for invalidating this judgment: 5m reclaims resistance / 15m reclaims the sweep high
Risk-reward ratio reference: 2.50R
The biggest risk now is getting impatient; waiting for a clearer signal makes it easier to trade.
