🚀 WHAT DOES 0.1 µπ ACTUALLY MEAN? WHY DID NICOLAS’ STATEMENT GET PI PIONEERS SO EXCITED? 🔥

A lot of people used to think Pi was just for mining and holding. Small everyday transactions? Seemed impossible because the units were too big.

But Nicolas Kokkalis made it clear:

Pi’s blockchain can handle values as small as 0.1 µπ — that’s 0.0000001 Pi (one ten-millionth of a Pi)!
So what does this really mean?
• Before: Tiny payments like tipping 1 cent , buying a cup of milk tea, donating to creators, or paying small service fees were almost impossible on many blockchains — too “micro” to handle.

• With Pi: You can now tip, make small purchases, and do micro-payments smoothly, accurately, and with almost no fees!

💥 Real-life example:

If 1 Pi = $300 (a common high GCV expectation), then 0.1 µπ is only about $0.03. Enough to tip a good post, pay a small fee, or buy something cheap without wasting money!

This is the moment Pi stops being just “a coin to hold” and becomes real everyday money you can actually use in daily life.

Nicolas wasn’t just talking big — he’s designing Pi to be the people’s currency, not just for whales.

How do you think 0.1 µπ will change the way we use Pi in real life?
