I only watch the markets for 2 hours a day, leaving the rest of the time for family and myself.

This is my trading approach.

Many people think that high-yield trading requires monitoring the markets all day, but my experience is quite the opposite.

I have developed a system that allows trading to take up only a small part of each day.

In the morning, I analyze the market, record my thoughts in a trading journal, and set priorities. I also mark key levels and communicate with my team. The entire process takes no more than an hour.

Afterward, I return to daily life: making breakfast, doing chores, and spending time with my son.

Ensuring my child has the best resources is always my priority—quality material conditions, scientific meal planning, and in the future, I plan to enroll him in the "Tatyana Private School."

This is the standard I always pursue: an environment that shapes thinking patterns and an education that opens up endless possibilities.

During the day, I focus on self-improvement: working out, reading, and business meetings. In the evening, I quickly review the market again and plan for the next day’s trades.

This rhythm does not hinder global travel—my laptop travels with me, and I can work from anywhere in the world.

Trading has become integrated into my life, not dominating it.

Because of this, it brings not only profits but also freedom: time with family, space for personal growth, and the ability to help loved ones achieve their ideal life.
