Recently, someone has been watching large on-chain transfers and hot/cold wallets of exchanges and immediately shouting "Smart money is coming/going" whenever there's movement, which makes me both a little amused and a little nervous. Stablecoins, to put it simply, are like traffic lights at an intersection; we usually take them for granted. But once someone starts honking (rumors, screenshots, KOLs' words), the traffic can jam itself, and the panic to withdraw can be faster than any technical solution.

As for reserve transparency, many projects appear to be "very transparent": releasing reports, attaching audit labels, but when it comes to stress testing, everyone's concern is "Can I immediately exchange back now?" On-chain, what you see is the traffic flow; the reserve is the oil depot behind it. If you only focus on a single car changing lanes, you might think the entire highway will collapse—that's a bit of a mystical analogy.

What I’ve learned isn’t techniques, but rather not to treat "what others are doing" as a guarantee of "how the system will behave."
