$AAVE The borrowed-out stablecoins show no signs of relief; funds are immediately withdrawn once deposited.

In the past year, I've never seen ETH Gas fees this high; just now, I thought the shady exchange was giving me extra money when I withdrew.
Ultimately, it's still the uncertainty of AAVE, Kelp, and LayerZero passing the buck.
If you're a depositor, you can ensure your funds are not lost by withdrawing.
But if you don't leave, although you can enjoy a 15% APY, you might share in the losses, and the exact amount is still uncertain.
It's a complete prisoner's dilemma.
But why is even Morph's USDC on Katana fully borrowed out?
