May I ask if any of you have experienced frozen cards when trading on Gate.io?

Dear users, how to drop the risk of frozen bank cards 1. When making bank transfers, avoid remarking sensitive information and protect personal privacy; 2. Try to trade with Blue V merchants, reputable, reasonably priced and long-term stable merchants; 3. When conducting Fiat Currency Trading transactions, we do not accept transfers from non-personal accounts, if you receive transfers from non-personal accounts, please be sure to return them in the original way and handle them carefully; 4. If you receive a transfer with sensitive words (e.g., Bitcoin), you can filter the funds or return them to the original method, so as to avoid the risk of being controlled or frozen as much as possible; 5. Try to choose a bank with friendly policies, and try not to use the same bank card to complete the receipt and payment; 6. Remember not to store too Long funds for a long time. Due to the high risk of the receiving card being frozen, the receiving card should be separated from the living wage and savings card as much as possible. (Note: The receiving card must be a bank card bound to the platform) 7. If you use a deactivated card or a bank card that has not been used for a long time, you need to check whether it can receive and pay normally in advance, so as to avoid knowing that the bank card is frozen after receiving funds for the transaction.
