BlackRock submits revised S-1 filing for Spot Ethereum ETF, ETHA to trade on NASDAQ exchange.

Gold Finance reported that BlackRock submitted its revised S-1 document for the spot Ethereum ETF, disclosing information about the seed fund. BlackRock stated that the stock code is "ETHA" and it will be listed and traded on the NASDAQ exchange.
Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas said that the amended S-1 from BlackRock is a "good sign" and launching an Ethereum ETF by the end of June is a reasonable possibility, but some analysts still believe that the Ethereum ETF will be launched on July 4th.
