Unlocked too much, most of the money in the crypto world was taken by the project parties and institutions, just like the liquidation of crv yesterday, the founders couldn't be bothered, anyway, they got 100 million US dollars, love it or leave it, the protocol code on crv's github hasn't been touched for 3 to 4 years.
