PANews reported on July 11th that Franklin has submitted an application for ETH spot ETF securities registration (Form 8-A12B) to the U.S. SEC according to public documents. The submission of the 8-A form means that once the issuer's product is approved, it can be traded on the exchange, and it marks the potential approval progress of the ETH spot ETF. Earlier, BlackRock and Invesco Galaxy had also submitted Form 8-A12B to the U.S. SEC.
