【】中国支付清算协会、中银协和互金协会联合公告，明确金融机构、支付等机构不得开展与虚拟货币相关的业务。我觉得，这应该就是央行真正政策下来前的一波先行表明态度了。解读一下其实也就是这几点：1强调虚拟货币不是货币2不可直接与人民币进行买卖3相关金融支付机构不可提供任何与虚拟货币相关的业务。这三点大家细细品就是。这次的严厉程度已经大大低于之前几次了。
