Alphractal stated, "When analyzing the monthly changes, it is clear to see the supply of STH fluctuating with the accumulation and distribution, showing a strong correlation with BTC price action." The company pointed out that since December 5th, interest in accumulating BTC has gradually decreased, putting downward pressure on BTC. Alphractal cautioned against overreacting to the current trend, acknowledging the emotionally driven nature of this data. "This does not prevent BTC from pumping again in the future, just as we saw in 2021," the statement noted. However, the company highlighted that the current behavior indicates many investors are motivated to profit at the current price levels, which could hinder any short-term price increase.
