At which stage is BTC currently in the Bear Market? Are we nearing the end, or is it just beginning?
As the largest cryptocurrency in the world, where is BTC in the current bull market? Are we approaching the end of the bull market? Here are the analysts' predictions.
Empire analyst Jason Yanowitz said that the current price level of BTC largely depends on MicroStrategy's large-scale purchase of BTC, while venture capital (VC) has not yet entered the market on a large scale.
Yanowitz pointed out that, in addition to the ( previously known as MicroStrategy), it has accumulated more than $20 billion worth of BTC since the end of last year, and the current BTC may still be in the early stages.
Dan Matuszewski of CMS Holdings said: "The current market is still in the stage of 'players against players', and MicroStrategy's active acquisition has restricted the adoption of enterprises. He reiterated that the impact of the Bear Market in 2022 is still ongoing, which has led to a decline in market liquidity and a lack of large-scale capital inflows."
Matuszewski said, "So far, apart from a few specific targets, we haven't seen significant entry of VCs into the cryptocurrency market."
As the BTC cycle progresses, discussions about whether the market has reached its peak may intensify. However, Matuszewski said that new regulatory frameworks have not yet formed, and the implementation of these frameworks may become a catalyst for institutional capital inflows in the future.
