Earlier today, the price of Pi coin approached $3, which surprised me a lot. But what shocked me even more was that when I started a more detailed investigation, browsed through several exchange data pages, checked Twitter, I was surprised to find: Pi coin has no contract Address! No account category! What about the Mainnet? It doesn't even exist. No Address, no entry point - nothing.
The whole project seems to represent the coordinated efforts between the team behind it and several low-level exchanges, just to promote this thing that can only be described as a "substandard currency." After listing, its overall weakened evaluation has increased significantly to FDV( to 3 trillion US dollars, with a market value exceeding 200 billion US dollars. Even after a massive sell-off, it still has a weakened market value of over 800 billion US dollars and a market value of over 600 billion US dollars.
What really interests me is seeing buyers on Gate.io asking questions like "Who is selling?". To be honest, I'm more curious about who is buying! It's amazing to see people investing real money in obviously worthless things.
This is the original form of the cryptocurrency world: a market where sharp opportunities compete with the dumbest buyers, creating a crazy scene. It's a drama that attracts money, just like anything else. In fact, nothing surprises me anymore.
