Kernel announced the launch of TGE in April 2025, with the airdrop eligibility query tool going live in the first quarter.

According to Gate.io News bot, as reported by Wu, Kernel officially announced that its token generation event (TGE) is scheduled to start in early April 2025. The airdrop eligibility query tool for the first quarter is now available for use.

According to the announcement, users who accumulate 150+ Kernel Points or Kelp Grand Miles before December 31, 2024, will receive no less than 100 $KERNEL Tokens per wallet.

In terms of the token unlocking mechanism, the top 100 wallets will unlock 70% of the tokens at the token generation event, and the remaining portion will be released linearly over 3 months. Other eligible users will receive 100% unlocking at the token generation event.

The announcement also disclosed that the market maker Web3Port, which has sparked discussion recently, is one of the investors in Kelp DAO.
