Jim Cramer：至少聯準會會儘快降息
CNBC 的 Jim Cramer 表示，不良銀行貸款為聯準會降息鋪平了道路，因為它們表明經濟正在走下坡路。Cramer 在節目中表示：
「今天的情況確實很糟糕，但至少我們終於找到了可以讓聯準會儘快降息的辦法。」
Cramer 強調，較低的借貸利率總體上會刺激經濟，也會讓借款人的違約機率降低。他認為這些信貸問題應該不會進一步波及其他市場。
