根據向美國證管會（SEC）公布的文件，華爾街投行摩根士丹利（Morgan Stanley）周二正式遞交註冊聲明，申請推出比特幣、 Solana（SOL）現貨 ETF，成為美國首家大舉布局加密資產 ETF 的大型銀行。
文件顯示，摩根士丹利分別提交了「Morgan Stanley Bitcoin Trust」、「Morgan Stanley Solana Trust」兩份 S-1 註冊聲明。其中，Solana ETF 更納入質押機制，意味著未來基金不僅追蹤幣價，還將為投資人提供額外的收益機會。
摩根士丹利目前管理資產規模約 6.4 兆美元，若 ETF 申請獲得核准，將使該行與貝萊德（BlackRock）、富達（Fidelity）等主要加密貨幣 ETF 發行巨頭並列，也再次凸顯主流金融機構對加密貨幣的態度，正發生結構性轉變。
事實上，摩根士丹利旗下雖管理約 20 檔 ETF，涵蓋 Calvert 、 Eaton Vance 等品牌，但直接掛上「Morgan Stanley」品牌的 ETF 至今僅有兩檔，這次親自冠名推出加密貨幣 ETF，顯示該行對加密貨幣的重視已上升至戰略層次。
過去摩根士丹利的理財顧問曾被禁止推薦客戶買入加密貨幣 ETF，直到去年 10 月才鬆綁，並將積極型配置上限提高至 4% 。如今摩根士丹利索性自產自銷，被解讀為看準了旗下 1,900 萬名財富管理客戶的龐大需求。
NovaDius Wealth 總裁 Nate Geraci 指出：「現在不只讓客戶買，還乾脆自己發行 ETF 。 以摩根士丹利龐大的通路優勢來看，這個選擇其實非常合理，也顯示他們確實看見了客戶端的實質需求。」
透過推出自有品牌的比特幣與 Solana ETF，摩根大通理財顧問可以直接引導客戶資金進入自家產品，而非競爭對手（如貝萊德的 IBIT）手中。彭博資深 ETF 分析師 Eric Balchunas 表示，這將「推動其他尚未進場的大型金融機構跟進，推出自有品牌的加密貨幣產品」。
根據統計，美國比特幣現貨 ETF 在 2026 年前兩個交易日，已吸引超過 12 億美元資金流入。其中，周一單日淨流入 6.97 億美元，創下自去年 10 月以來最大單日紀錄。
