比特幣投資大戶 Strategy（MSTR）股價在 2025 下半年崩跌約 66%，令投資人大失所望，如今就連向來看好該公司的投行 TD Cowen，也不得不針對 Michael Saylor 激進押注比特幣的策略進行估值修正。
TD Cowen 分析師 Lance Vitanza 近期下調 Strategy 的 12 個月目標價，從原先的 500 美元下修至 440 美元。不過以目前約 175 美元的股價計算，仍有高達 150% 的上漲空間。
Lance Vitanza 觀察到，即便比特幣正處於「暫時低迷期」，Strategy 最近仍積極籌集資金、繼續加碼買進比特幣，預估 Strategy 今年將再增持 15.5 萬枚比特幣，遠高於原先預估的 9 萬枚。
然而，凡事皆有代價。 Lance Vitanza 分析，由於 Strategy 近期發行普通股的價格相對於淨資產價值（NAV）的溢價微乎其微，這將稀釋公司的關鍵績效指標 ——「比特幣收益率（BTC Yield）」。
在最新評估中，Lance Vitanza 將 Strategy 今年的比特幣收益率從原先的 8.8% 下修至 7.1%，明顯低於 2025 年高達 22.8% 的水準；他同時預計，Strategy 今年的「比特幣美元收益（BTC $ Gain）」將達到 94 億美元，高於先前預測的 63 億美元。
