信託架構保障，法規合規性的重大突破
JPYSC 被視為日本首款真正意義上由「信託銀行」支援的日圓穩定幣。與過去部分由科技公司發行的數位資產不同，JPYSC 的發行管理由 SBI 新生信託銀行（SBI Shinsei Trust Bank）操刀。
透過信託架構，使用者的資產與發行機構的自有資產在法律上完全隔離，這意味著即便面臨極端的市場波動或公司經營風險，持有人的資產安全依然能獲得保障。此舉完全符合日本《資金結算法》修正案中對於「電子支付手段」的嚴格要求，為機構投資者進入 Web3 領域鋪平了道路。
