North Carolina Proposes Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Bill, Passes First Reading on Day of Submission
According to Bitcoin Magazine, North Carolina has officially proposed a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Bill (S327), which passed its first reading on the day after submission (March 19). The bill was submitted on March 18, 2025, after undergoing approximately 12 months of committee review. Currently, there are 3 similar state-level bills pending review in the United States. If all pass, state-level Bitcoin holdings are projected to reach $2 billion by 2027. $XRP
