Bitcoin previously broke below the triangle zone and refreshed its lows. However, this probe downward appears more like washing out low-level long liquidity. After the new low, it didn't continue weakening but instead formed a hammer K-line, indicating obvious buying support below.
Key focus on whether it can re-establish 69222:
• If it stands above, this round of decline comes to an end, likely ranging between 69222–70400
• After breaking 70400, it has potential to continue attacking the 71505 resistance level
This sudden decline was mainly due to two previous attempts to break the 71974 high both failing, with highs declining progressively and insufficient upward momentum. The main players are seeking stronger support downward to attract buying pressure into the market.
Operation Suggestions:
• Breakout above 69371 on volume and establish support, can chase long on the right side
• Volume breakdown below 68715 with failed counter-rally pullback above, can chase short on the right side
Implement strict stop-losses.
• 1-hour: Support at 69371 → Watch 70507–71355
• 4-hour: Breakdown at 68771 → Watch 68168–67359
