The Day You Resign, Don't Leave Empty-Handed

I've seen too many people focus only on clearing their desks when resigning, only to be tormented by countless certificate requests afterward.

Essential Documents Checklist: Resignation Certificate ( - your next employer needs it, Social Insurance ) - you'll need it, Salary Certificate ( - a background check essential ), Labor Contract Termination Proof ( - the key to unemployment benefits ).

The smart approach is: Take photos of all work handovers for documentation, delete chat messages as needed, and log out of all company software accounts. Plan your social insurance timing carefully — if you resign after the 15th, you're still covered that month; if you want continuous coverage, you must join your new company before the 15th.

The easiest thing to overlook: clearing your computer's privacy records. Go to System Settings → Privacy → Activity History, and uncheck it.

Resignation is a dignified farewell, not a hasty escape. Don't miss a single required certificate, and don't leave a trace that needs cleaning. Your professional career deserves this level of meticulousness.
