Tesla has been approved to convert its investment in AI company xAI into a small equity stake in SpaceX, which is part of financial restructuring ahead of SpaceX's initial public offering (IPO). Musk is further reorganizing his corporate empire by selling SpaceX shares and plans to list in June, raising up to $50 billion. This will become the largest IPO in history, impacting stock market liquidity. Buying Tesla shares also means indirectly owning a stake in SpaceX.
