深潮 TechFlow 消息，12 月 4 日，据 Cryptopolitan 报道，俄罗斯第二大银行 VTB 银行计划允许投资者通过经纪账户买卖加密货币。该银行目前提供加密货币衍生品投资服务，计划明年提供数字资产直接投资。
VTB 银行经纪服务部门负责人 Andrey Yatskov 在莫斯科投资会议上宣布，客户将能够在个人投资账户或经纪账户中直接买卖、持有 Bitcoin 等去中心化数字货币。目前俄罗斯仅允许"高度合格"投资者在实验性法律制度下投资加密货币，要求拥有至少 1 亿卢布传统投资和年收入 5000 万卢布。俄罗斯央行正与财政部讨论扩大投资者准入和监管框架，预计将建立包括加密货币经纪商和托管服务提供商在内的完整中介网络。
